That fourth picture, was there a fire going on at that time? But the street seemed peaceful still.
BK: Its just steam from the streets.. its surreal but there is always steam like that in NYC somehow.
I actually have a huge collection of photos of this phenomenon.. maybe one day I'll put some together, somewhere. :)

I do the same thing (constantly capturing images with my phone!)...sometimes I wonder what we would do without cell phone cameras which allow us to capture all these wonderous moments and endless beauty...
i have albums of photos shot from my cell on my facebook...
